Orders and Shipping

All orders received will ship within 24 hours of the order being received. Most or our items will ship USPS First Class which is usually takes 2 to 4 days depending on your location.

There are 2 ways to create an account on our website. First you can use the My Account tab at the top of each page. Second during the checkout process you will be prompted to create an account.

Login to the website then click on the my account tab at the top of the page. Once there on the left you will see Addresses
Click addresses here if your already logged in. Click that link to update your shipping and billing addresses.

Click on the My Account tab at the top of the page and login. On the left in the account area you will se a tab labeled orders. Click there for order updates. 

No, we process all orders via a third party credit card processor. We do not store any of your financial information. 

Not at this time.

We currently only offer sales within the United States.

If you order multiple items in one order yes we will try to ship everything in one package.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You may only return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full replacement for the item and Primo Vibes will cover shipping costs. 
We Do Not Offer Returns or Replacements On Open Items!

If you received the wrong item email our customer support team and we will get the situation corrected as quickly as possible.

All of our orders are shipped with insurance so we will get a replacement shipped to you as quickly as possible. We may need a couple of pictures from you for the claim.
Pictures can be emailed to sales@primovibes.com.

In order to make returns easy for you, all authorized returns will be at your expense.

Contact customer support through our web chat option. Explain the issue to them and we will do our best to pull the package if it hasn’t already been picked up.
If the carrier has picked up the package we will contact them and try to have the package returned to us.

As long as your order hasn’t been picked up by the carrier.

We do not offer pre-ordering at this time.
